It uses pressure, but does it use air or water to clean?
Seems like a cool little gadget. I hate driving my ATVs home covered in mud and gunk. This seems like a great solution.

When using any kind of air compressor for cleaning care should be taken as to the use of compressed air. This comment is directed in particular for direct contact with skin for the purpose of cleaning.
It is advised to never use compressed air as the pressure can drive what you are trying to clean into the deep layers of the skin.
