Heart Shaped Mouse, still called mouse?

We called it ‘mouse’ because it shaped like a mouse is ordinary position, not when she sleeping or dying. But if the mouse shaped like a heart, can we still say it it’s a mouse? Well, we don’t even know the answer too, it’s depend on you what do you want to call it. Yo can call it ‘heart’ if you want it.
It’s a romantic way to say ‘I love you’ as a valentine gift from a boy to his girlfriend. (We don’t think boy will like this, boy still a boy, it don’t fit on them) Why? Because it will says ‘I love you’ when you click the scroll wheel.
The rest, it’s still the usual mouse with no other great feature. But of course it has its own advantage: Has cute design and can be a good idea to say I love you.
