My brother has been into beer making as a hobby for many years now and he is getting very very good at it. I don’t know what his recipe is but he usually makes a dark lager. He has the big commercial breweries beat. I keep trying to talk him into going professional because the beer he makes is just great. There is just nothing like fresh home brewed beer.
I bought one of these kits before. They are not that great. You need some real brewing tools. At least a 5 gallon bucket and a glass jar for fermenting.

My wife has banned me from brewing beer due to the “gurgling” sound. Also, i am now banned from playing ‘loud’ and ‘violent’ video games without headphones.
I never thought that once married that they could just ban things.
