Keroro Gunso 1 Top 10 Japanese Games that you dont need to Understand Japanese to Play it (PS2 and Nintendo DS)

I think the best Mini games So far is WarioWare series, but because the game already translated in English, I recommend this Game. Well, (once again!) It based on the funny Manga and Anime from “Keroro Gunso” or rather spelled “Sergeant Keroro”. Then, Bandai Namco releases the Game. You playSo manyFun Mini games with Keroro and his friends like Running with the obstacle, Shooting (this Mini Game is the slapstick of Time Crisis), Wrestling, Racing, and many more.Oh yeah, because Keroro’s hobby is collecting Gundam Plastic Model (The acronim is GunPla) you can collect it here virtually! Well, it’s a bonus Point if you love gUndam Too! You also can play these cute minigames with your friends VIa Wi Fi! Cool!

PS: The sequel is out too! The title is just the Same: Keroro Gunso! Enshuu Da yo! Zennin Shuugo Part 2. But thereis aminigame that you haveunderstand Japanese: Quiz. Nodame Contabile DS Top 10 Japanese Games that you dont need to Understand Japanese to Play it (PS2 and Nintendo DS)

This is a Drama musical game. Actually, you really Need High Japanese Skill to really Enjoy the game– it’s the blend with the melancholy Drama (Based on the Manga/Comic in the same title, becaue it’s popular, they make the game too!) and the Classical Music Games. In Nintendo DS (Dunno the PS 2 Version) you just need to Tap and slide and find the beat. The song is sooooooo great! There are many CoolClassical Songthat famous(like Bethoven or Mozart instrumental song) . You play so many songs too, it has the great database! I really enjoyhear the song and play. Don’t worry, you can still play the game even you don’t understand Japanese like I do (Till I write this article I don’t understand the story nor read the comic). There are few cute minigames too, like cooking, playing action advanture game and help Nodame to clean up the room! Oh- as the bonus you can play taiko no tatsuji songs too! You play it by beat taiko (Japanese Drum) by Nintendo DS Stylus! Cool!

You don’t play as aBoyband in Black Agent, but as an Ouendan (Male CheerSquat)using the High School boyuniformteam that cheerpeople up when they’re cornered. You don’t need to understand Japanese, because you willunderstand naturally. The story also Funny, just like the elite beat agent, but more crazy. The songs are good too, but maybe Elite beat agents and Ouendan 2 are better.

Drum Mania Vest Top 10 Japanese Games that you dont need to Understand Japanese to Play it (PS2 and Nintendo DS)

The Guitar Freak and Drum Mania V (Vest, not mean Five) . Really hard to find this game outside Japan, because Konami already annouced that Guitar Herowill the replacement of Guitar Freak andDrum Mania Series in US and Europe. Ilike Guitar Hero’s song, but don’t likethe gameplaycause too many button to press. And the song inVest isgreat to, the best in Bemani series by Konami.Thereare girly girl song like Sakuranbo (Cherry),rock instrumental likeDessertRose, even the hard song likeThe Last 100 second. Try it,the song arereally cool! Ifyou bought theDrum or Guitar Controller (I own the Drum because i like it) itgive the plus enjoyment!

The main objective is hit the drum in right rhythm (So You Don’t need to Understand Japanese, really!). The Music are J-Pop, Classical Japanese Music and Children Japanese Music (like Doraemon and Hamtaro Theme SOng). In PS 2 Version, it’s gotta be fun if you also buy the Taiko (Japanese Drum) Controller. You can beat the Taiko heavily as it’s the good medicine for stress icon wink Top 10 Japanese Games that you dont need to Understand Japanese to Play it (PS2 and Nintendo DS) The Nintendo DS Version is also great because of the portability, you can play it anywhere but it’s more convient if you buy 2 stylus (Give The feel just like playing Drum)

This is a game where otaku’s (anime lover) dream comes true. You can hit Naruto with Kenshin’s reversed blade, or you can smash luffi with Goku’s Kamehameha! 1. Moero Nekketsu! Rhythm Damashii! (Osu! Tatakae! Oendan! 2)

Genre:Musical and Humour

Platform: Nintendo DS

oeundan 2 moero nekketsu Top 10 Japanese Games that you dont need to Understand Japanese to Play it (PS2 and Nintendo DS)

This is the greatest games ever! It has various great songs and funny Video animation in comic strips. The story also funny, you can understand without understand Japanese (even you may missed a little part, but that’s no problem After All. The sequel is much much much muuuuccchhh better than Osu! Tatakae! Oundan! 1. There are many huge improvement in the game, the musicm,,, Video and Audio Quality,,, Drawing Quality, gameplay improvement and many more. Like the prequel, you play as an ouendan Team that will cheer people when they cornered. But now, you have rivals! The oudan teams from the other city. I will say this is the best Japanese Games ever and you should Play it! The gameplayis just the same,,, you have to follow the beat and tap or slide the stylus to the touchscreen.

buy from Play Asia

PS: If you have Played Elite beat agent before, it’s quite similiar, expect you will see the ouenadan team (Ipongi Ryuuta cs)cheer up with the ‘manly’ movement, not the boyband-like dance. The cheerleader girls are cute too, so don’t have to worry to see the masculine oendan boys again if you bored.

It always amazes me how different the my culture -American- is compared with the Japanese culture. Most of those game don’t sound very appealing to me, but I’m sure if I lived in Japan my whole life my tastes would be drastically different. Anyways, nice list; it was entertaining.
