You can burn a decent number of calories already on the Wii, especially with games like Wii Sports. I read on some other website that fifteen minutes of it burns 60 calories. That’s about as much as walking a mile.

Wii Fit does look cool, it was huge in Japan and the sold out non-stop.

I’ve been trying to just eat less to stay in shape lately. I think I need to add an exercise regimen in order to start losing weight. Wii Fit might be the best way to get started for me since I don’t like to leave the house.

The first time i used the wii fit was christmas just gone. I cant tell you how much my calf muscles hurt from the hula hoop game. We all had a lot of fun but i can really see it becoming boring in a similar way to wii sports. Hopefully developers will keep releasing great games that make use of the Wii Fit board.

jumptrainee1 on youtube. A lot of good free videos. And for 5 bucks, you can get his complete plan plus you can email him with questions. I don’t work for him, in fact, I don’t even know him personally or even his real name. I just know he charges the cheapest you can find, and has a lot of knowledge and success in vertical leap training.
